What you get

The 30‑second version
  • Answer first. The most consequential point leads; context follows it, never the other way around.
  • Complete sentences, not clipped fragments, so each line stands on its own when quoted or pasted.
  • Names and numbers kept exact. A summary you cannot trust is not shorter, it is worthless.
  • Readable in 30 seconds. That is the bar the format is named after.

Is Free Summarizer really free?

Yes. Paste text, get a summary, no signup and no payment. There is a fair-use daily limit per visitor to keep the tool free for everyone.

How long can the text be?

Up to 100,000 characters per summary, roughly 15,000 words or 50 pages of plain text. For whole PDFs, batches of documents, and exports, that is what Summarize Pro is for.

Do you store my text?

No. Your text is processed to produce the summary and never written to a database. It is not used to train any model.

How good are the summaries?

The tool reads the whole text and writes an answer-first summary in complete sentences, leading with the most consequential point. You choose the length: 3, 5, or 8 points.
